: Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, trade union associations and trade union federations shall not exceed ten and twenty-five percent of the total number of office bearers of their working committees, respectively, to persons involved in the protection and promotion of the rights and interests of workers. He can be appointed as an officer of the association and trade union federation.
